The Point LT "Honcho"

Be the Honcho.

From the Japanese 班長 (hanchō) — “han” (squad) + “chō” (leader). The squad leader. The quiet captain who earns respect through action. American troops brought it home after WWII and Korea, and it came to mean the big boss — the one in charge.

This limited edition performance hat is built for the modern Honcho: the person who leads from the front.

Key Features:

• Lightweight, breathable performance fabric
• Moisture-wicking & quick-dry
• Structured snapback fit
• Premium stitching, rope, and signature details

Leadership isn’t loud — it’s earned.
