Q:  What if I only received part of my order?  

A:  Some of our items ship out of different warehouses.  You will receive a separate shipping notification once the remainder of your items are shipped.  

 

Q:  What qualifies for a return, exchange, or refund?

A:  Per our return policy, only items that have a quality defect are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

 

Q:  How can I return, exchange, or be refunded for my purchase?

A:  Please return in new condition to the address below. Please include order number and desired outcome (Exchange/Refund, Etc.).  Once received in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
